    • I wanted to return to a data-rich SaaS environment (my prior company was in insurance)
    • I currently informally lead a pod of 2–3 Senior/Staff data scientists embedded in Product. Main stakeholder: VP of Strategy & BizOps (reporting to CPO).

    Senior Data Science Engineer

    • After almost 6 years at Atlassian, I wanted to grow more technically by joining a smaller company. I turned down a Staff DS position at Block for what I believed to be a better learning opportunity at Coalition.
    • I was the most-tenured IC on a 14-person Data team; matured practice through deep-dives, A/B experimentation, and causal inference.
    • Presented product and metric deep-dives directly to the CPO and CTO. Partnered with MLOps to ship an LLM that classifies churn reasons — saving 3,000+ human hours every month.
    • Led cross-functional initiatives including a Customer Health Score and a Data Innovation Week.

    • Nearly six years across Product and Support. Informal team lead for Enterprise Analytics — onboarded 6 hires and ran 5+ person projects.
    • Led a CMO/COO-sponsored project defining what "Enterprise" means for the company.
    • Helped Strategy, Finance, and Product baseline and target annual OKRs.
    • Co-owned the data-backed quarterly hiring plan for a 600+ person Support org (CRO-approved).
    • Built heuristic and ML models that grew Paid Support revenue ~40% YoY and surfaced the link between admin activity and app purchases — directly shaping product changes.
